Terms & Conditions – Microhard for Technological Development

1. Acceptance of Terms:

   • By using Microhard for Technological Development’s software or services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights:

   • All software, systems, services, and related materials are the exclusive property of Microhard for Technological Development.

   • Customers are not allowed to copy, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the software without prior written consent from the company.

3. Permitted Use:

   • Customers agree to use the software and services for legal and legitimate purposes only.

   • It is strictly prohibited to use the software in any illegal or harmful activity.

4. Payments and Fees:

   • All payments for software or services are non-refundable, except as stated in the Refund Policy.

   • Technical support is billed separately from software licensing fees.

5. Limitation of Liability:

   • The company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of its software or services.

   • Customers are solely responsible for the use of the software.

6. Updates and Modifications:

   • The company may release updates to its software from time to time, but is not obligated to provide them free of charge unless stated otherwise in the contract.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt (or the country determined by the company).

   • The competent courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes
